How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process and standard shipping via Australia Post has an approximate shipping and delivery turnaround time of 3-6 business days.

*FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 (AUD) across Australia and New Zealand. For orders $50 and less, a flat fee of $10 (AUD) applies.

All items that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

We ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and are likely to be refused for return. In the case that we do not accept a return it will be sent back to the customer at no charge.
